JD RMD Group, LLC in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Full-Time Support Specialist to join our bustling warehouse and event production team. You will support onsite production, prep and transport of assets, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe during busy event cycles.

This role requires a hands-on, dependable person willing to work flexible hours, travel locally, and lift event equipment. Pay is $25–$30 per hour DOE, with paid training and opportunities to grow into a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in event production, warehouse, construction, moving, or a similar hands-on role.
• Physically able to lift and move event equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel locally; flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite Production Team with event installation and dismantle.
• Pull event assets from the warehouse and prepare them for upcoming programs.
• Load and unload trucks and vans for local and out-of-state events.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse.
• Perform pre-event equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Assemble displays, signage, tents, flags, and other event elements.
• Assist with troubleshooting during live events.
• Return event assets to the warehouse and ensure everything is cleaned and ready for next program.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Help with general warehouse duties and other labor tasks.

Skills

1–2 years hands-on experience in event

Responsibilities

• Is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys physical work.
• Can lift, move, and safely handle event equipment.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
• Is comfortable working flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays when events require.
• Is willing to travel locally and occasionally out of state.
• Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Lives reasonably close to our Long Beach office.
