We’re a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency based in Long Beach, CA , creating exciting brand experiences throughout Southern California and across the U.S. Our work includes live events, product launches, trade shows, mobile tours, brand activations, and consumer experiences. This is more than just a driving position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable behind the wheel but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and support our warehouse, operations, and event teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport mobile marketing assets, event equipment, and materials throughout Southern California and across the country.
• Operate company vehicles, including tractors, trucks, trailers, box trucks, and specialty promotional vehicles.
• Follow safe driving practices and company transportation procedures.
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are ready for scheduled events.
• assist with Load event equipment, supplies, and materials onto company trucks before each event.
• Verify that all required items are loaded before leaving the warehouse.
• Safely unload and stage equipment at event locations in coordination with the event team.
• Assist with loading trucks after events and returning equipment and materials to the warehouse.
• Communicate with event leads and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading.
Assist with event load-ins, setups, breakdowns, and load-outs as needed.
• When not assigned to a driving event, assist the Warehouse and Operations teams with day-to-day projects.
• Help organize, maintain, and prepare event equipment and company assets.
• Be willing to jump in and support other areas of the operation as needed.
