Job summary

CHGO in Chicago is seeking a Producer to help deliver top level content for our digital platforms. You’ll work with a creative production team to produce live shows and digital content, building on your early experience in sports media.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Audition, a portfolio, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including nights and weekends. Local candidate with reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

ALLCITY Network enhances the experience of sports fans in every city, setting a new standard for local media while creating a genuine connection with the community. We believe that sports should be covered creatively, authentically and with the same passion of those we serve. We are seeking a Producer based in Chicago to help us deliver top level content for our CHGO digital platforms.

Purpose of the Job:

As a Producer you will be a member of dedicated and creative production team. You’ll help produce and create for ALLCITY Network’s live broadcasts and digital platforms. This position is for those who are looking to build on their early experience in the sports media industry and grow from role player to key member of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Live Show Production:

• Work closely with talent and the production team to produce live-streamed content
• Communicate with assigned beats to help plan show and facilitate content

Content Creation:

• Create content and help others create by editing videos and producing graphics in the Adobe Suite
• Help ideate new content and bring ideas to life

Community and Brand Building

• Help build and be a part of the community CHGO has created
• Engage with the CHGO Diehards, show audiences and co-workers in a professional manner
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the creative field, with a portfolio showcasing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Audition required. Additional experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications and StreamYard or Ecamm a plus, but not required.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of live production workflows and the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to conceptualize content from inception to completion.
• Passion and knowledge for Chicago sports and a deep interest in ALLCITY Network’s mission and content.
• Ability to meet expectations of consistently working in-studio, including nights, weekends or unconventional shifts due to the seasonality of professional sports
• Local candidate with reliable transportation
