Job summary

Greenberg Fruit Company in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our central distribution hub. You will oversee inventory, staffing, safety, and process improvements with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Produce Pro) and Excel, and strong communication with buyers, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse with supervisory experience.
• Experience in Produce Distribution industry a plus.
• Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (Produce Pro) and Excel.
• Strong English communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse functions and oversee operations.
• Recruit, develop, train employees to follow SOPs and GWP.
• Monitor and adjust operations based on scheduling and seasonality.
• Promote a culture of high performance and morale.
• Ensure inventory controls with WMS and proper receiving.
• Coordinate with food safety and safety inspections.
• Communicate with buyers, sales, and customer service.
• Oversee MHE operation and palletizing.
• Oversee fleet and facility upkeep.
• Support repack and Fresh cut operations.
