Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality and freshness of produce.
• Coordinate staff training, manage schedules, and provide leadership to team members.
• Monitor freshness, remove spoilage, and maintain cleanliness.
• Review sales and labor metrics; implement department strategies to meet goals.
• Create attractive produce displays and optimize product placement.
• Step into staff roles as needed, including opening/closing shifts.
