Responsibilities

• Engage peers to deliver the best possible shopping experience for customers, including checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks to meet service goals.

• Assist with training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
• Support schedule planning to improve engagement, service, and store profitability.
• Lead in product rotation, pricing, display, and freshness and ensure food safety standards.
