Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Stackers and Dumpers to join our Hanover, PA operations. You will safely stack cartons on pallets, wrap and secure loads, and help move product through the production line while maintaining food safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have basic produce handling experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work in cold or production environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred or applicable certification
• Understanding of Produce Standards, and or basic produce experience preferred
• Prior experience in produce handling, warehouse, or food processing preferred

Responsibilities

• Stack packed cartons or crates onto pallets and wrap/secure them
• Follow stacking patterns to optimize space and maintain load stability
• Load and dump raw produce onto conveyors or processing lines; monitor product flow and remove foreign materials or defects
• Ensure safe dumping to prevent bruising, damage, or product on the floor

Skills
