Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the Produce Department to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise follows policies.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department.
• Understand and use ACIS and CAO tools for inventory and ordering.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines and safety procedures.
• Be aware of and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance on duty.
