Whole Foods Market, Inc in Atlanta is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, prepping, stocking, and merchandising fresh produce while upholding WFM standards and delivering friendly service. You will maintain appealing displays, front-face shelves, monitor codes and freshness, assist with inventory, and collaborate with Team Leaders to promote quality and value.

The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing most of the shift, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Requires ability to sell proactively and provide excellent customer service.
• Must learn basic knowledge of all products in the department.
• Understand growing processes for conventional vs organic produce.

Responsabilités

• Keep displays clean and well stocked with front-facing products.
• Assist in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and worksheet duties as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to calls promptly.
