Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support receiving operations by processing deliveries, stocking merchandise, and organizing the backstock and cooler. You will maintain a neat, safe receiving area, verify deliveries against invoices, and report discrepancies to the Team Leader.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle loads safely.
• Lift and push/pull carts up to 100 pounds unassisted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for standard tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• IRMA knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• Maintain backstock area and cooler.
• Verify deliveries and reconcile variances noted on invoices.
• Stock merchandise and keep receiving area neat and safe.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safety practices.
• Record time using time clock at shifts and breaks.
• Communicate with team members and attend meetings.
