Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team-oriented individual to handle product deliveries and receiving at our Cambridge store. You will ensure accurate processing, maintain backstock and cooler areas, and help keep the receiving area neat and secure.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 4 hours without a break.
• Bend and lift loads not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Push and pull carts, weighing up to 100 pounds, unassisted.
• Ability to work with others and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries accurately and timely.
• Maintain receiving area, backstock, and cooler.
• Ensure refrigerated items are stocked and properly stored.
• Document transfers, waste, and spoilage using forms.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
