Job summary

Sysco is a global leader in foodservice distribution, seeking a Produce Quality Control Associate to monitor perishable products in the Oahu warehouse. You will input order information, assist with quality control, and support daily operations to ensure product integrity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory control or merchandising experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and oral communication; analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of perishable products in the warehouse.
• Input order information through data entry.
• Communicate quality status to inventory control, compliance and buyers.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage or damage.
• Inspect inbound freight, warehoused and outbound product and document conditions.
