Job summary

Freshfields Farm in Orlando seeks an entry-level Produce Production Associate to support the produce operation. You will clean, prep, package, rotate, and present items, while upholding safety and quality standards and maintaining displays under supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read safety rules, and willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product displays within the produce department under supervision.
• Learn and apply protocols for presentation, rotation, organization, and replenishment of product.
• Learn and apply signage protocols.
• Learn and apply quality standards of product.
• Dispose trash/boxes from the building and operate a baler for cardboard.
• Assist with safe work environment and customer experience.
• Apply health and safety protocols under management direction.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Use ladders as needed and knives for prep produce.
• Assist with other tasks in the building as needed.
