Responsibilities

• Identify breeds and primal sections of meat.
• Handle raw beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.
• Cut/process raw meat with knives or band saws.
• Follow safety/health protocols per company and laws.
• Prepare beef/pork/poultry/seafood onto trays per protocol.
• Maintain clean and sanitary production areas and equipment.
• Interact professionally with peers and supervisors.
• Occasionally operate pallet jack after training.
• Use ladders as needed in the facility.
• Assist with other tasks to support production.
• Wrap raw meat using manual/automatic wrapping equipment.
