Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean and sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; ensures equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures correct signage and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
