The role includes openings/closings, training attendance, and teamwork with store leadership. The position emphasizes strong product knowledge, effective communication with customers and vendors, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Maintains quality and preparation per WFM guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists customers and Team Members.
• Stocking, merchandising, and pricing as needed.
• Reports safety hazards and maintains a clean work area.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
