Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand/walk 6–8 hours in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Ensures product quality and preparation per guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean and doors logs updated.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers courteous, efficient customer service and uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises product to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and upholds WFM standards.
• Maintains signage and pricing accuracy during shifts.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
