Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM quality guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department continuously and maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time; groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service; uses suggestive selling; handles phones politely.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work procedures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment; keeps equipment in safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures price signs are accurate.
• Reports safety hazards immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
