Responsibilities include cutting fruits/vegetables, maintaining quality and freshness, stocking, pricing accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills recommended.
• WFM safety, sanitation, and quality standards training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Maintains product quality and preparation per guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program and cleanliness.
• Arrives on time and attends trainings.
• Provides courteous, helpful customer service and suggests products.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products.
• Follows health, sanitation, and Weights & Measures rules.
• Keeps work area clean and equipment safe.
• Performs opening, mid, closing duties; checks pricing signs.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Assists with other duties from leadership.
