Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a Produce Team Member in a busy store environment. You will cut fruits and vegetables, prep and merchandise products, and ensure quality standards while assisting customers with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You must be able to lift 50 pounds, work evenings and weekends, and follow safety/regulatory procedures. No prior retail experience is required, and a fast-paced team mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts and trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists customers effectively.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storing, rotating, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Reports hazards and safety violations promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
