Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is hiring a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workspace while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks.

The role requires attentiveness, proactive issue identification, and communication of potential improvements to the Line Leader. Training is provided; no prior experience is required beyond a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the production line by performing packing or processing tasks as assigned.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Help the Line Leader prepare and transition the line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report them to the Line Leader.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives.
