The role requires 12+ months of retail experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong math and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Purchases and replenishes produce through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors and acts upon open PO reports for both purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and shrink, achieves turn goals, participates in inventory.
• Maximizes sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising.
• Ensures orders for product are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
• Follows safety and sanitation guidelines and maintains a clean working environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
