Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language ability desirable (depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations and staffing.
• Order and maintain inventory; ensure freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for accuracy and storage.
• Manage a team for stocking, production, and tasks.
• Uphold food safety and safety guidelines store-wide.
• Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts.
• Participate in daily huddles and meetings.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked department; follow Prime Time standards.
