Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive produce displays and rotate stock to ensure freshness
• Order, receive, inspect, and store product according to safety guidelines
• Control shrink via inventory management and root-cause analysis
• Build labor schedules aligned with business needs
• Train and develop associates while maintaining a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
