Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Produce knowledge required to supervise fresh produce.

Responsibilities

• Observe store rules and company policies.
• Greet customers with prompt, courteous service.
• Know seasonality, use, and taste of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations.
• Supervise a crew of 6–10 and manage scheduling.
