You will oversee displays, rotate stock, manage inventory, and coach associates to deliver top-quality produce and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to implement corporate merchandising programs while driving sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations focused on freshness, quality, and service.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and train associates on product knowledge.
• Execute corporate merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and displays.
• Maintain clean, fresh, visually appealing produce displays at all times.
• Manage product rotation, remove damaged items, and preserve freshness standards.
• Process orders, receive, inspect, and store product per safety guidelines.
• Control shrink through inventory management and waste-reduction efforts.
• Create and manage labor schedules aligned with business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop produce team while fostering a positive environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
