Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations focused on freshness, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure staff have solid product knowledge and provide training and coaching.
• Execute merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays.
• Maintain full, fresh, clean, and visually appealing produce displays at all times.
• Manage product rotation and shrink through inventory controls and waste reduction.
