Qualifications

• 3+ years supermarket produce leadership experience.
• Knowledge of fresh produce handling, merchandising, and inventory.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Able to meet physical demands including lifting and standing in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Produce Department staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and policy compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Maintain inventory and place orders to prevent shrink.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, and POS accuracy.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products.
• Keep refrigerated cases stocked and visually appealing.
• Respond to safety concerns and spills promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Participate in training to improve leadership and operations.
