Job summary

C&K Market Inc. is seeking an experienced Meat Department Manager in La Pine, Oregon. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure product quality, and drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, directing cutting, wrapping, and merchandising, and maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance while achieving budgeted targets.

Job description

Oversees the Meat Department, supervising staff, ensuring quality products, and achieving sales and profit goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and inspect meat products for quality and accuracy.
