You will supervise employees, maintain display standards, and collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance and guest experience.

• Oversee the financial performance of the produce department by analyzing sales figures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees within the produce department.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

This position is eligible for a semi-annual bonus from 0 - 10% of base wages considering company performance and position goals met.
