Whole Foods Market is seeking an energetic Team Member Leader in Saint Louis to support daily operations, focus on profitability, and uphold health and safety standards. You will lead and develop Team Members, coordinate merchandising and store layout, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and the ability to coach others while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail team member experience
• 6+ months supervisory experience
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets with Team Leader.
• Analyzes sales, reports and labor with Team Leader.
• Develops product knowledge and awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and handles paperwork for vendor processing.
• Resolves team concerns or issues in collaboration with Team Leader.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Encourages teamwork, respect, and high morale.
• Directs customer flow to satisfy and delight customers.
• Trains and mentors Team Members and provides performance evaluations.
• Communicates WFM vision and goals.
