Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by providing career paths and identifying development needs for department teams.
• Support disciplinary actions and make recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attain budgeted goals for sales, labor and margin in the department.
• Review sales goals, supply costs, stock loss/shrink results and goals.
• Model exceptional, fast and friendly customer service and consult with customers on products.
• Ensure food safety compliance and signage; keep backroom neat and organized.
• Train department team to complete required training and ensure safety practices.
