Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator to plan, direct, and supervise department operations. You will manage daily ordering, receiving, stocking, and display of products to maximize profits while maintaining food safety standards.

You’ll drive scheduling, staffing decisions, and training, while promoting internal career growth and delivering outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes accountability and teamwork in a fast-paced, health-focused grocery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by providing career paths and development for department members.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attains budgeted goals, achieving sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Reviews sales goals, costs, stock loss and goals.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Prepares, stocks, and displays merchandise and ensures signage and pricing accuracy.
• Ensures safety and training of department team.
