Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations focusing on freshness and presentation.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure staff demonstrates product knowledge.
• Execute merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays.
• Maintain appealing produce displays and manage rotation and waste reduction.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, inspection, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with labor scheduling and training of associates; support department manager in absences.
