Walmart in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Produce Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly associates, delivering the best value for members. You will model Produce expertise and collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations.

You will leverage handheld technology to monitor production, inventory, safety, and quality while planning staffing and training to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilités
