You will manage Produce and Floral operations, train staff, and uphold quality and safety standards while integrating digital tools for planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise the Produce and Floral team to deliver on the club's business plan
• Communicate department goals and ensure adherence to company policies while advocating for the member, the associate, and the company
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations
• Be an Expert: maintain in‑depth knowledge of floor operations, quality, inventory, and safety standards
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to plan, train, and make quick production decisions
