Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet business goals and member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations to ensure quality, inventory, safety and compliance.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan, train, and make decisions on production and product quality.
