Job summary

Spokane Produce, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Order Taker to manage customer orders for produce, deli, and floral products and enter orders accurately for timely delivery.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and working closely with warehouse and drivers in a fast-paced, on-site environment with opportunities for growth within the Northwest family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 2 years Sales experience and customer service skills
• Produce experience preferred
• Clean 3-year driving record. Must be able to meet insurability requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from customers and accurately enter their orders into the system
• Contact customers via phone to build and maintain good relationships to meet/exceed sales goals
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system within delivery route time frames
• Provide effective account management including profitable sales, customer service, price and volume management
• Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery
