Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge completion of all required trainings and assessments for the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan and member expectations.
• Model expert knowledge of Produce, ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Use handheld technology and digital tools to plan, drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club meets overall goals and standards.
