Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and assessments.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan and member expectations.
• Communicate department goals and execute company programs and policies.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure club-wide success.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Utilize handheld tech to plan, train, and improve product quality and sales.
• Drive profitability through staffing, layout, and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and develop associates, encourage career growth, and foster a culture of teamwork.
