Harris Teeter in Wesley Chapel, NC is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead the Produce Department and potentially assist in the Floral Department. This role directs daily operations, coordinates tasks, and evaluates up to 20 associates, ensuring strong customer service and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED (or 2–3 years related experience), has excellent communication skills, and can train staff and address issues promptly to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or two to three years related experience.
• Able to interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department.
• May also be assigned responsibility for the Floral Department.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate department activities in accordance with company policies.
• Interview, train, and coach associates; address performance and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws; resolve customer and staff issues.
