Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Sharonville, OH to create outstanding customer experiences through friendly, helpful service and a safe, clean store environment.

You will assist the department manager with sales goals, promote corporate brands, answer questions about products, stock and label merchandise, and maintain temperature logs while upholding Kroger's Core Values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Role model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers.
• Promote Corporate Brands to customers
• Promote trust and respect among associates
• Answer questions and assist with product selection
