Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to be scheduled 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Previous Produce prep, merchandising, and sales floor experience required.
• Physical demands include repetitive lifting and some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and check-in perishable and non-perishable merchandise.
• Organize coolers, rotate products and manage backroom inventory.
• Perform trimming, packaging, sanitation and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Schedule departmental staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations issues and support a positive work environment.
• Provide customer service on the sales floor as needed.
