Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current food handlers permit required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Establish performance goals and empower the team.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train associates on inventory, stocking, CAO, Key Retailing and other tasks.
• Create welcoming environment and recommend products within the department and store.
• Inform customers of produce specials.
• Review product quality and freshness; take corrective action.
• Maintain proper temperatures and logs for cases and coolers.
