Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shift
• Willingness to complete other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Produce Department Operations: readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, safe equipment use.
• Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns, damages.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: proper stocking, displays, signing, and signing standards.
• Fresh Food Preparation & Production: maintain food safety and production standards, cool storage, service counters.
• Problem Solving: define issues clearly and use critical thinking to find solutions.
• Safety/Quality Orientation: emphasize high quality and safety for customers and staff.
• Building Relationships: develop and foster relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Conscientiousness: demonstrate reliability, attendance, and adherence to policies.
• Customer Service/Hospitality: exceed customer expectations and follow SMILE Program guidelines.
