• Support produce department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and department cleanliness.
• Assist with replenishment and stock rotation, including receiving, back stock, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Merchandise and maintain sales floor standards with proper stocking, displays, and signage.
• Prepare fresh foods and maintain food safety standards and service counters.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow the SMILE program guidelines.
