• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking and service tasks as needed.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling standards for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
