You will schedule staff, train and recognize performance, manage inventory and displays, monitor quality and pricing, and collaborate with other departments to drive sales.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and consistent execution of company recipes and 5S practices to keep the department safe and inviting.

• Understanding of merchandising, inventory control, and cost management in a grocery setting.
