• Provide knowledge and training of price marking and emphasize customer courtesy and productivity.
• Supervise all aspects of salad bar operations.
• Discuss with the store manager the most efficient schedules for full- and part-time employees.
• Maintain personable, clean, and neat appearance of departmental staff with proper uniforms.
• Maintain good communication.
