You will help drive department goals, mentor associates, schedule to meet demand, and support promotions that engage shoppers and support store profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring product quality and freshness, and communicating with management to implement seasonal plans and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, simple arithmetic).
• Ability to handle stressful situations gracefully.
• Current food handlers permit upon employment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Communicate information to associates about company, department and job specifics.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume and assist in inventory/CAO processes.
• Train associates and participate in performance appraisals; assist customers with product questions.
